Many of us on a spiritual path are highly sensitive to “the noise” of the world. In fact, we have little tolerance for a lot of what Consensus Reality takes for granted.

It’s easy to judge ourselves for being wrong for being sensitive. And, it’s easy for others to judge us for being too sensitive. The truth is, we are like Canaries in a Coal Mine. And we are essential as informants of what may need to change in the world to make it a viable place to live and thrive.
