As our bodies shift and change, especially as our hormones shift and change, our perspectives and perhaps identification as a sexual being also shifts and changes. Or do they?

Generally, who we are within the relationship we have with our sexuality – our personal desires and preferences, pretty much stay the same, regardless of the anatomical functioning of our bodies.

I propose that honoring the importance sexuality plays in one’s life never has to change. Choosing to express yourself through your sexuality is a beautiful experience regardless of your age.
