The intention of this podcast is to look at the ins and outs, and the ups and downs, of exploring who we are as a human beings and spiritual beings.
We will uncover where we get into trouble, where we get close to the edge of our comfort zone, where we get out of our comfort zone, where we get too scared, and when we automatically retreat back into our ego itself, or in our thoughts about how things should be.
There is a lot to this process of being a spiritual being in a human experience!
