Self-Doubt – a Weakness or a Strength?

Uncertainty of who we are when life changes is normal. None of us – NONE OF US – know how to be in circumstances we’ve never encountered before. In these moments we question our capacities, our strengths, our weaknesses, our level of courage and conviction. We’ve been trained to capitulate into, "I can’t do this!!!" and this is the entry point to self-doubt.

Our spiritual evolution requires us to meet every challenge questioning our resolve to live in the fullest expression of our essential nature. Yes, self-doubt is part of this process. And, so is stretching ourselves towards our expansion point. If not, we will continually melt, dissolve, whither into hopeless, powerless despair. That’s okay too! For that has it’s own form of healing journey.
