For so many of us self-deprecating thoughts and comments can be as natural as breathing. However, negative self-talk depletes our energy, it is hurtful and painful to our hearts.
The Impact of Self-Deprecating Comments
It takes practice to train yourself to notice self-deprecating conversations with yourself. Once you notice them you can begin to remove them one by one by just saying stop! “STOP!”
