Saying Thank You to Your Grumpy Self
We are so used to judging ourselves for being “less than.” Thus, it’s a very challenging practice to truly listen to those parts of our self that whine, judge, emotionalize, traumatize, and/or mentalize everything.
This podcasts supports and encourages you to listen to that part of you that perhaps had expectations of how the world would be and is in a constant state of grief for having it be otherwise. Anger, sadness, depression, despair, blaming, shaming….
